Santa Susanna Weather

Santa Susanna boasts a 2km stretch of coastline dotted with beaches and some of the best weather in the Mediterranean. The climate in Santa Susanna is warm all year round, hitting highs of 30C and over during the peak summer months. Rainfall is quite rare during the summer months and the winter season is also warm at around 13C. Sunshine levels here are high, and holiday makers can expect 10 hours of sunshine per day during the summer and around six per day during the winter months.

During the long hot summer months the weather here is exceptionally sunny. The beaches in Santa Susanna and nearby Lloret de Mar, Calella, and Pineda de Mar are the best places to stretch out and relax in the hot sunshine. From April until the end of October the temperature will not usually fall very far below the 20C mark. June through September is the hottest season with temperatures regularly heading up to and over the 30C mark. Sea temperatures during the summer will also be warm at around 20C; perfect for swimming or taking part in popular water sports activities.

Santa Susanna has a climate that is hot but not quite as intense as some other Mediterranean locations. The spring and autumn period will bring slightly cooler but still warm temperatures of around 19C making it the perfect time to explore the surrounding resorts and cities such as Barcelona. A winter holiday here will also be cooler but with plenty of bright sunny days. Temperatures during the short winter period will fluctuate between 10C and 16C and there will be some rainfall during this period.
