Beaches
The beaches in Santa Eulalia are wide, sandy and perfect if you want plenty of space to relax. Santa Eulalia beach is 300 metres long and 20 metres wide, and the crystal clear waters are shallow enough for children to paddle in. Water sports are popular here and facilities include water-skiing, pedaloes and wind surfing.
Diving
There are dive schools in Santa Eulalia at the marina near the beach offering courses for beginners or the more experienced. With over 200 kilometres of spectacular Ibiza coastline you are spoilt for choice with dive sites including cave dives and sunken wrecks.
Dining Out
The restaurants in Santa Eulalia are diverse and you can find all types of international cuisine including German, French, Italian and Chinese. Of course there are plenty of little Spanish taverns where you can sample the local dishes. Pavement cafes are plentiful and you can sit in the sun by the marina or beach promenade sipping local fine local wines.
Nightlife
Ibiza has always had a vibrant nightlife and Santa Eulalia offers the best of both worlds. You can indulge in some all night dancing in late night bars and clubs or settle for some live music in local bars. If you fancy something a little more subdued there are plenty of quiet little taverns with terraces to watch the world go by.
Sightseeing
There are plenty of sightseeing opportunities in Santa Eulalia. Take a boat trip to nearby Ibiza Town or the island of Formentera. The marina area is a must if you love shopping, dining and live entertainment. Take a scenic tour on the little train into the beautiful surrounding countryside. Wednesday is hippy Market day and the chance to buy hand made goods from local artists and jewellery creators. |
