Sa Caleta Weather

Weather in Sa Caleta
Sa Caleta Weather – High levels of sunshine all year round
With over 300 sunny days per year the relaxed beach resort of Sa Caleta is a very popular destination for UK holiday makers. Temperatures do reach up to the 30C mark during the peak summer months but the heat is never usually as intense as found on other Balearic Islands. Sa Caleta is located on the west coast of Menorca and fresh breezes will blow in regularly to take the edge from the heat. Rainfall can appear during the late autumn months but will rarely disturb any summer holiday in Sa Caleta.

Weather in Sa Caleta – The perfect beach weather
The west coast of Menorca is perfect for those who love hot days with high levels of sunshine. During the peak months of June, July, and August there will be around around 11 hours of sunshine per day, although actual daylight hours will be higher. Temperatures in Sa Caleta will not usually dip below 20C from May until late October. The peak summer months will see temperatures heading towards the 30C mark but humidity will be low, and stays low all year round. This makes exploring the surrounding resorts of Cala Blanca and Cala Santandria a comfortable pleasure. Evenings will also be warm with the minimum night time temperatures hovering around the 20C mark.

Sa Caleta Weather – Warm Christmas and Easter holiday weather
Easter and October break holidays are very popular thanks to the warm 20C temperatures. Taking in a round of golf, walking on the beach or even swimming in the warm Mediterranean Sea is a pleasure no matter when holiday makers visit. Christmas and New Year holidays in Sa Caleta will still be warm with temperatures of 14C and around six hours of sunshine per day; more than enough to pick up a golden tan while the UK feels the chill.
