Puerto San Miguel Weather

The glorious weather in Puerto San Miguel is one of the major reasons holiday makers return to Ibiza year after year. The sun drenched beaches on Puerto San Miguel benefit from high 30C temperatures during the summer months with the sun shining down for around 11 hours per day. Puerto San Miguel is an all year round sunshine destination and winter temperatures will not usually dip below 16C, warm enough to easily pick up a golden tan. Rain will not be a problem during the summer months and tends to stick mainly to the months of October and March, and any storms are usually short lived.

 

As you would expect from a Mediterranean island the weather in Puerto San Miguel is a beach lover’s dream. The summer season begins in May and the high temperatures only begin to cool down around October. The hottest temperatures in Puerto San Miguel will occur from June until August when you can expect the temperature to head over 30C on a daily basis. The sea temperature during summer is only a few degrees below the air temperature and perfect for taking part in the water sports that are popular in this area. The evening temperatures will also be warm and light clothing will be all that is needed when strolling around the bars or eating in the open air garden restaurants.

Winters in Puerto San Miguel are mild and from December until March the temperatures will be an average 16C with the sun shining down for around six hours per day. One of the most popular times to take a holiday in Puerto San Miguel is the spring months when the area is in full bloom and the temperatures once again begin to reach 20C. As an all year round sunshine destination the weather in Puerto San Miguel is hard to beat.
