Stroll here in the sunshine to admire the yachts, then perhaps wander on to the church of Saint Anthony in the heart of Puerto Mogan‘s cultural centre, to see an exquisite wooden carving and beautiful statues.

The town itself offers a picturesque tangle of narrow streets and alleyways to explore, while down at the harbour-side is the place to promenade, have a lazy lunch, or find a lively bar for late-night drinking. Water sports fans can be in neighbouring Playa Taurito by car in 10 minutes, while walkers can check out the desert-like dunes of Maspalomas, just 20 minutes away. For golfers there is an 18-hole courses close to the resort. Holiday World, a traditional funfair near Melonares with dodgems and a big wheel is just a taxi ride away. Transfer time from Las Palmas airport is approximately 45 minutes.
