One of the most famous and beautiful sights in the whole of Crete; Prassano Gorge offers an interesting three-hour walk. After seeing the beautiful crystals in the huge cave of Piatsida, you could then enjoy a cool paddle in the Platanes River which is flanked by impressive rock faces.
