Although Playa Paraiso is one of the quieter resorts, you will still be spoilt for choice if you want to sample some exciting nightlife. You are only a short taxi ride from the bright lights of Costa Adeje and Playa de las Americas. These resorts are the busiest in Tenerife and you may welcome the peace and quiet of Playa Paraiso after a night out at either of these resorts.
Water Sports
If you love swimming, snorkelling, diving and wind-surfing then you will not be disappointed by the range of water sports on holiday in Playa Paraiso. Take your pick from the nearby busy beaches at La Caleta or Playa de las Americas and join in the fun in the warm, crystal clear waters.
Golf
Thanks to Tenerife’s year round mild climate, golf has become a very popular sport. There are numerous golf courses open to the public that provide spectacular views as you play.
Scuba Diving
Scuba diving in Playa Paraiso affords you the chance to swim beside tropical fish, dolphins and even sharks. There are numerous dive centres that will provide training for the inexperienced with the options of night-diving and wreck-diving.
Children’s Attractions
Children will love the range of activities available at the nearby resorts; there are more than enough for a different activity every day. Children’s attractions in Playa Paraiso include numerous theme parks, aquaparks, beachside carnivals and go-karts.
Natural Attractions
For a day out with a difference take a cruise and spend the day spotting whales and swimming with dolphins. Alternatively head inland and visit the spectacular National Park at Mount Teide. The park is one of the largest in Spain and the mountain-top cable-car ride should not be missed.
