Our review of Pelion...
A diverse and relatively undiscovered gem, the Pelion peninsula, situated along the central coast of Greece, offers a quiet change from the more familiar holiday islands. Ideal for those looking for both a relaxing base and something a little different, Pelion boasts a unique and beautiful landscape, from a lush mountainous interior, home to charming traditional villages, to some of the best beaches in Greece - long sandy stretches bordering the Aegeans' crystal-clear waters. The Pelion peninsula is a year-round destination, offering beach holidays in the summer, walking and hiking tours during the spring and autumn months, and skiing during the winter.

Our customer review of Pelion...

"The Pelion peninsula is stunning, no wonder it's such a favourite with the Greeks! We particularly liked the traditional feel on our holiday, and the welcoming locals."
Mrs W Emes, Oxford, UK

"Great beaches, clean and with clear waters (our favourites in June were Agios Ioannis and Papa Nero). Hire a car and explore the region, as the mountains are really beautiful and the scenery is idyllic. We had a ride up the mountain on the charming old steam train, which I'd recommend - great vews."
Mr A Monks, Cheshire, UK

"Stayed at some fantastic apartments, close to the beach, with very friendly owners. We did like our resort of Kalamos, as it was so relaxing. We loved the beaches, as they were really quiet compared to what we were used to, and we even did some walking along the trails in the hills -  quite a change from the beach!"
Ms P Whitter, Thurrock,UK

"What a lovely get-away-from-it-all holiday we had in Pelion! Our new favourite place - but don't tell anyone!"
Mrs K Knight, London, UK
