Nassau Weather

Nassau in the Banamas, is not only one of the most idyllic tropical islands in the world it also has a climate that is close to perfect. The seasonal weather in Nassau can be almost identical as the island has a very stable temperature throughout the year. During the summer months the temperature in Nassau can reach over the 30C mark and the winter months are also warm and sunny at around 25C. During the year the average temperature on a holiday in Nassau is a warm 29C so no matter when holiday makers visit they can always be guaranteed hot sunny days. Rainfall does tend to occur during the summer months but showers will be short lived and will not dampen the high temperatures.

 

Although there is little variation in temperature in Nassau, June, July and August are the hottest months of year. Temperatures during these months can be expected to head over the 30C mark on a regular basis. The summer season in Nassau stretches from May through September and winter lasts from October until April. There is very little variation in the annual temperatures and the only difference will be rainfall. Many holiday makers choose to visit Nassau during the winter season where there is very little rainfall and temperatures are very comfortable at around 25C. Nassau receives around 310 sunny days per year and sunshine levels are high with an annual average of eight hours per day.
