Meeru Island Resort Weather - Visit during the British winter for best conditions
The peak tourist season is during the northeast monsoon, which runs from November to April, when the daytime temperature remains constant with highs of 30C - 31C and the sun shines for up to 9 hours each day. Night-time temperatures hover around 25C - 26C - perfect for alfresco dinners and moonlight strolls on the beach. The lagoon around the resort remains a very pleasant 28C - 29C in the winter - ideal for water sports and swimming, and the clear conditions and increased currents mean that divers have excellent visibility. Gentle breezes blowing during the tourist season help to temper the heat and make conditions on the beach ideal.
