Marbella weather
The cosmopolitan resort of Marbella lies on the Costa del Sol, famed for its constant sunshine and wonderful warm climate. With an average annual temperature of 19C, the weather is gorgeous all year-round, with the resort boasting 320 days of sunshine  every year.

Marbella enjoys an spot on the Andalucian coastline, with its ideal location, situated between the beach and the Sierra Blanca mountains, creating its own unique micro-climate. The resort is protected by the high peaks of the mountains, and is blessed with  pleasant calm weather, with winds from the east helping to create refreshing cooling breezes. Summer highs in Marbella reach an average of 23C, with the peak season months of July and August seeing highs of up to 28C and 29C. The summer water temperature in Marbella reaches a high of 24C, creating excellent conditions for swimming and water sports, with the sun shining for 11 hours a day from June to August.

Marbella weather - Warm summers and pleasant mild winters
The weather in Marbella remains mild throughout the winter months, with the resort seeing the coldest days in January, when the temperature only drops to 12C. The winters tend to be relatively dry, with the resort receiving less than 50 days of rainfall throughout the entire year. Most of the rain in Marbella falls during the winter, with the months of November and February being the wettest.
