Makarska Weather – Central Dalmatia’s sunshine capital
Makarska is the sunshine capital of Croatia’s central Dalmatia region and receives around 2400 hours of sunshine per year. Temperatures during the hottest months of June, July, and August regularly reach the 30C mark and the sun will be out for around 11 hours per day. The winter temperatures in Makarska are still warm at around 10C making it comparable to a warm British spring. Rainfall during the summer months is practically unheard of and tends to stick to the winter and early spring months.
