Our Review of Majorca...
Majorca is one of the most varied and enjoyable islands in Spain and richly deserves its popularity with UK holidaymakers. Majorca is supremely good at offering something for everyone, whether families, couples, fun-loving youngsters, nature lovers or travellers looking for style and sophistication. Majorca is great for superb-value family holidays and offers every conceivable kind of holiday accommodation. Majorca offers a rich and varied choice of resorts along 250 miles of beautiful coastline with great beaches, charming coves and a particularly pleasant summer climate. While famously lively, youth-orientated beach resorts like Magalluff and Palma Nova have tended to dominate our perception of the island, Majorca in fact offers astonishing variety, considerable style and charm, and some stunning scenery. The capital Palma is a likeable, genuinely Spanish city with a beautiful old town, tremendous restaurants and a buzzing atmosphere. Eating out in Majorca is a pleasure, with restaurants ranging from tapas bars and tourist favourites to stylish fine dining. Majorca holidays are also known for outstanding watersports and exceptionally varied excursions in the beautiful interior. In many ways the most varied of the Balearic Islands.

“We’ve been coming back to Majorca since the seventies. We’ve done most of the “Calas” like Cala D’or and Cala Millor and Cala Bona and we’ve always found them to be very pleasant easygoing places. The weather here is terrific without being too hot.”

"Great if you go with friends. Went to Magalluf with some mates - we've all been there a couple of times but still all really enjoyed it. The nightlife is brilliant and probably the best I've experienced abroad. Has some great beaches which we went on during the day, with water sports and loads of bars. Most bars and clubs stay open till early hours of the morning and there’s loads of choice of where to go!"
