Litsa is in the quiet residential area of Kavos, on a small road leading down to steps, from which there are stunning views of the harbour front of pretty Patitiri, five minutes (560m) away.

Location: Kavos/Patitiri. Roussem beach with its tavernas is five minutes away (510m), so it’s an ideal spot from which to explore the island. Guests also have use of the pool at nearby Paradise Hotel.

Accommodation: The studios all have twin or double beds, a kitchenette with two cooking rings and fridge, shower, wc and private balconies from which you can see the pine trees opposite.
