Libra Holidays have confirmed in a statement that the acquisition of both Argo Holidays and Jetlife will be completed within the next few weeks. Libra Holidays has confirmed the following confirmed:“Pending completion, Argo Holidays Limited will continue to take bookings as agent for Libra Holidays Limited and business will continue as usual in regards to taking customer bookings both with Libra and Argo/Jetlife”.
Libra CEO Eamonn Ferrin was happy to confirm the deal by adding: “I am delighted to have acquired the Argo and Jetlife brands and look forward to further developing these brands and the new Libra business for the future.”
Libra Holidays initially announced the deal last week for an undisclosed amount. Libra, Argo and Jetlife are all based in Barnet. Argo Holidays specialise in Greece and Cyprus holidays, whilst sister company Jetlife specialises in USA, Asia and Caribbean holidays.
