In a quieter residential area of Icmeler this modern, typically Turkish property offers spacious air conditioned (which is paid locally) one bedroom apartments for up to 4 people (two single beds and a double sofa bed), in separate blocks. The large pool bar serves food, has a varied menu, where the owner organises weekly Turkish theme nights (high season only). There is a pool and small kid’s splash pool, and the beach is no more than a 20 minute stroll, with the resort centre and all facilities slightly closer. There is a supermarket a couple of minutes away. All with: private shower/wc, kitchenette, balcony or patio. 2-4 persons
