Kolymbia – Small relaxed family beach resort
Kolymbia is 2 miles from the popular resort of Afandou on the east coast of Rhodes, between Rhodes Town and Lindos, and 19 miles from the airport. Kolymbia is a low-key family beach resort with plenty of amenities but without being particularly busy. Kolymbia holidays are popular with families and couples looking for a relaxed relatively small Rhodes resort without either large development or excessive noise. Kolymbias best-known feature is the long road lined with eucalyptus trees that runs into the resort. Holidays in Kolymbia would suit those looking for a relaxed small beach resort on Rhodes with decent amenities but nothing very hectic in the way of nightlife. Kolymbia holiday nightlife tends to revolve around the restaurants that line Eucalyptus Alley and the beaches.
