Kavos Beaches

Kavos beach is undoubtedly one of the most popular on Corfu with the younger crowd. The five miles of golden sand will always be busy with holidaymakers relaxing after a hectic night out or enjoying the many water sports. The beach also attracts families with small children thanks to its clean shallow waters, and there are plenty of quieter beach areas just a short walk from the resort.

Excursions

Popular excursions can include boat trips to the stunning islands of Paxos and Antipaxos or day trips to Albania. Aqualand is one of the largest water parks in Europe and the thrilling water rides will be a delight for adults as well as children. Glass bottom boat trips and the famous booze cruises are all available in Kavos.

Water Sports

As you would expect from a lively beach resort there are plenty of water sports available here. Jet-skis, windsurfing, sailing, paragliding and motor boat hire are all available. Diving in the warm Ionian Sea is another popular activity, and lessons, equipment hire and excursions are available from the dive centre in Kavos.

Visit Corfu Town

Corfu Town is less than one hour from Kavos and makes for an excellent night out. Restaurants, shopping and nightlife are all second to none in Corfu Town. There are Old Town and New Town areas with markets, bazaars, museums and one of the largest town squares in Europe. Corfu Town is also the place to take one of the numerous cruises around the Corfu coastline and beyond.

Nightlife

One of the major draws to Kavos hoildays is the nightlife. This resort is the nightlife hotspot on Corfu and the discos, bars, and nightclubs buzz with energy until the small hours of the morning. Those looking for the best nightlife in Corfu if not Greece will be in heaven in Kavos.
