Kaminaki Weather – Relaxation, tranquillity and hot sunshine

Hidden away, on Corfu’s north-east coast, lies the relaxed sunny village of Kaminaki. Boasting pristine beaches and a Mediterranean climate in which to enjoy them, Kaminaki is regarded as one of Corfu’s best kept secrets. The beautiful weather here only adds to the tranquil atmosphere. Summers stretch for six months from May until October and temperatures during this time will not usually dip below the 23C mark. Peak summer temperatures will rise to 30C but regularly rise above this level. For much of the rest of the year the climate is warm and pleasant with rainfall mainly sticking to the mild winter months.

Weather in Kaminaki – A beach lover’s paradise

Holidaymakers who prefer high temperatures will find the peak summer month’s ideal. June, July and August temperatures will rise to 30C, although temperatures of 40C are not uncommon. At 25C the sea temperatures will also be warm and the sun will be shining down on the beaches at Kaminaki, Nissaki and Barbati for around 12 hours per day. Rainfall is practically nonexistent during the summer and will not usually disturb any holiday. Evening temperatures will be a balmy 18C; perfect for strolls along the beach or late night drinks in the open air bars.

Kaminaki Weather – Beautiful spring and autumn months

The magical little village of Kaminaki is perfect for a relaxing spring or autumn holiday. Warm sunshine and bright blue skies are the norm and the surrounding countryside is awash with the changing seasonal colours. Rainfall levels will be slightly higher during the spring and autumn months but rain will be short-lived and dried quickly by the heat. At a mild 15C the temperatures during the winter months make Kaminaki a popular choice for some last minute winter holiday sunshine.
