Kallithea Weather – The healthiest climate in Greece
Kallithea is located in the north east coast of Rhodes, an area famed for its high levels of sunshine. Temperatures during the peak summer months from June through August will hover around the 31C mark, and even the winters will be short and warm. Thanks to its northern location Kallithea does not usually receive the intense heat that is found in the south of the island. Rainfall is evenly distributed between the early spring, late autumn and winter months; summer will mainly be rain free with around 0.1mm of rainfall per month.
 
Weather in Kallithea – Long hot summer days at the beach
Kallithea is a popular choice as a hot weather holiday destination with temperatures staying above 25C from May through to mid October. Long hot sunny days are the norm and holiday makers can expect an average 11 hours of hot sunshine per day during the summer. June, July and August are the peak summer months and temperatures are high at 31c and above. The beaches at Kallithea, and nearby Rhodes Town and Faliraki, will be the place to enjoy the warm 25C sea waters. Humidity levels in Kallithea can be high during July and August but cool coastal breezes will help to temper the heat.

Slightly cooler weather in Kallithea can be found during the spring and autumn months. Temperatures in Kallithea will begin to creep towards 20C towards the end of March. By the Easter holidays the flowers will be blooming and the countryside becomes fresh and green. October holidays in Kallithea will still be warm at 23C although there may be the chance of short lived showers. By December the temperatures will have decreased to around 16C with some rainfall but there will be plenty of sunny days to enjoy.
