International Drive Weather - An excellent annual sunshine record
Weather in International Drive enjoys a fine record of sunshine and settled clear skies for most of the year and is renowned for its excellent winter climate. Mild temperatures and low rainfall during this time attracts large numbers of visitors and all attractions and accommodation are open throughout the year. Autumn sees a slight change in fortunes with more changeable conditions while still retaining warm temperatures and summer weather in International Drive is constantly warm or even hot and suffers only infrequent showers.

May to July in International Drive is reasonably settled with temperatures of around 27c and enjoying up to 8 hours of sun. A typical day will wake up to crisp sunshine and light breezes turning gradually warmer as the day goes on and isolated spells of extreme heat can occur during these months with temperatures rising as high as 38c. September is traditionally the wettest month with sudden heavy thunderstorms a definite possibility and overcast conditions can continue for several hours into nightfall. Even during this unsettled period, warm sunshine should still be experienced regularly and night times are pleasantly warm.

International Drive Weather - Consistent warm and sunny winter days
Traditionally a winter retreat for US visitors from northern states and just as popular with Europeans, the climate from November to February is almost perfect, enjoying high levels of sunshine, little rainfall and warm temperatures. A constant 6 hours of sunshine should be experienced each and every day and daytime temperatures are very unlikely to fall below 20c. Early winter may experience some rainfall with afternoon showers and again in March but in general several weeks may pass without a hint of wet weather. International Drive weather is the perfect remedy to a cold European winter and is no surprise that so many UK visitors choose to spend several months each year in the Florida sunshine.
