It’s not hard to fly out of Britain during the summer or even the winter and find yourself baking in the sun within a few hours. Frequent, fast flights from UK airports mean that you are never far from summer sunshine or a warm winter climate. Countries such as Spain, Greece, Turkey, Italy and Portugal are only a few hours away and have some of the highest summer temperatures. All year round hot holidays can include Malta where you can bask in summer sun no matter when you go. Gran Canaria holidays are another popular favourite for high temperatures that lasts all year round, so you don’t have to wait until summer to achieve a golden tan.

Other hot holiday destinations where you can be guaranteed high temperatures no matter what time of year include Tunisia, and Goa where even the monsoon season doesn’t dampen the 30C temperatures. Nearer to home, you can venture to the Algarve, Corsica and Turkey for high summer temperatures and a warm winter climate. Spain has always been favoured by the British thanks to the friendly atmosphere and sun soaked beach resorts. Spanish resorts such as Costa Adeje, Puerto de la Cruz and Playa Paraiso in Tenerife have temperatures hitting 30C during the summer months, and not much less during winter.
