The apartments are not going to win any prizes for style but are bright and spacious. Perfectly adequate for holidaymakers wishing to get out and about in the resort. Walking down to the marina takes about 15 minutes. A cheap taxi ride will bring you home after a big night out. The Guanabara Park has its own bar and sometimes lays on a little entertainment but the complex is generally peaceful at night. A peaceful hillside location in the quiet Agua la Perra neighbourhood of Puerto Rico. About 2 km from the main shopping area and a little closer to the beach. A 45 minute drive from Gran Canaria airport. Quite a lot of steps in the area make the property unsuitable for those with mobility problems.

 

One bedroom apartments can sleep up to 3 adults and a child. There is a separate twin bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area. Extra pull out bed for a child in some apartments. All accommodation comes with a TV, a full bathroom and a balcony or terrace. The kitchen area is equipped with a 2-ring electric cooker, fridge, kettle, toaster, juicer, coffee maker and the essential pots and pans. There are 102 apartments in total.

 

The swimming pool area is the hotel’s most popular feature. Great views of the bay. The poolside restaurant serves decent economical food. The bar is a cheerfully sociable venue by day and is the setting for occasional evening entertainment.
