Located just 5 miles inland on the eastern end of the Costa del Sol in Spain, the small village of Frigiliana enjoys a typically-Mediterranean climate. Situated on the southern slopes of the foothills of the Almijara Mountains, Frigiliana sits high on a ridge overlooking the coast at an altitude of 300m, and experiences a special micro-climate, seeing dry weather featuring hot summers and mild winters, with an average annual temperature of 18C.
Frigiliana Weather - Warm spring days, high temperatures in peak season
Days are warm on a holiday in Frigiliana in the springtime, with March and April temperatures of 15C - 16C being ideal for exploring the scenic countryside and sightseeing. The weather can be fairly changeable during the spring, seeing around 50mm - 70mm of rainfall during this time.
