Flybe, the largest independent regional airline in Europe has announced three new routes from Newcastle Airport. Flybe which operates over 100 routes to 40 airports believes that the new flight from Newcastle will boost city breaks activity in the latest destinations, London, Aberdeen and Rennes, the capital if Brittany.
Flybe Flights to Gatwick will operate three times daily as of Sunday March 30th with one way fares starting from £24.99. Aberdeen flights from Newcastle will operate 6 days a week, also from March 30th and prices for a one way fare start from just £24.99 one way. Finally, cheap Flybe flights to Rennes will run as a weekly summer service from May 24th with one way fares starting from £54.99.
Flybe have also recently announced a franchise deal with Glasgow based Loganair, who were previously owned by BMI.
