Estoi Weather

The weather is Estoi and the Eastern Algarve is reputed to be some of the best in Europe. Its wonderfully mild climate makes this a truly year round destination. During the winter you can expect mild sunny days and even the evenings are cool but never cold. It would really be a miracle for the temperature on this Portuguese coast to ever drop below freezing. In the summer the temperatures soar giving visitors the opportunity to experience the joy of sun filled days with the likelihood that you probably won’t see any rain at all.

Portugal is at the very south of Europe, meaning that the Estoi area benefits for the influence of several weather systems. It is sandwiched between Europe and Africa and the Mediterranean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. These differing influences combine to give us one of the most stable climates in the world. Throughout the year you will probably experience temperatures between 15C – 31C.

Over the summer months, your holiday is sure to be enhanced by the fact that a cooling dip will be refreshing yet pleasant with water temperatures reaching 21C – 22C. A visit to Estoi during the autumn will not only allow you bask reasonably warm temperatures, but also relish the gorgeous russet colours displayed throughout the region.
