El Portet Weather

For a relaxing holiday filled with an abundance of sunshine and unspoilt sandy beaches, look no further that El Portet in Costa Blanca. The fantastic weather in El Portet is one of the reasons that holiday makers come back to El Portet year after year. El Portet is an all year round sunshine destination where temperatures during the peak summer months will head over the 30C mark. Even the winter months will provide warm 16C temperatures, more than enough to pick up a golden tan. Rainfall does occur during the winter months but will usually be short lived and should not spoil any holiday in El Portet.

 

The climate in El Portet is perfect for beach lovers. The long hot summer months stretch from April until the end of October. During these months the temperature will not usually dip below the 20C mark. July, August and September are the hottest months of the year providing temperatures just above 30C. Sunshine levels are high at around 12 hours per day and rainfall is practically non existent. Sea temperatures are only slightly lower than air temperatures making swimming and water sports the perfect way to spend the day. Evening temperatures will also be warm during the summer; perfect for open air dining or sipping cool drinks on the terraces.

 

Christmas, Easter, and October breaks are all very popular in El Portet thanks to the abundance of year round sunshine. Holiday makers can soon be basking in some much needed sunshine within three hours flight time from the UK. Winter temperatures are around 16C and by spring the temperature in El Portet will have risen to the 20C mark. These periods will be more comfortable for holiday makers who prefer slightly cooler temperatures although there may be a slight chance of rainfall.
