Touring Dubrovnik Town
Simply wandering about in Dubrovnik town is a delight. Often described as a museum town, there are entire streets that have been preserved and still retain their original 12th century atmosphere. Winding cobbled streets, fountains, sunny pavement cafes, wooden draw bridges, the Old Port, there is something new to see around every corner.
Beaches
This area of Croatia is not known as the Dubrovnik Riviera for nothing. There are some wonderful bays, coves pebble and sandy beaches in Dubrovnik. If you can tear yourself away from the town make sure to take trips to neighbouring beach resorts of Cavtat and Kolocep where holiday makers lounge on the beaches and indulge in the numerous water sports available.

As you would expect from a port town there are some magnificent fish and sea food restaurants in Dubrovnik. The fish and seafood are fresh straight from the Adriatic and there is a wide range of restaurants serving everything from lobster dishes to international cuisine at very inexpensive prices.
Scuba Diving
The clear waters of the Adriatic are perfect for scuba diving holidays and there are diving schools available all along the coastline. Organised diving excursions from Dubrovnik to Mljet allow experienced divers to experience some spectacular dive sites.

Historic Ruins
Culture lovers will love visiting the many historic sites in Dubrovnik such as the 15th century Dominican Monastery and museum. Dubrovnik Cathedral holds some magnificent relics dating back to the 16th century and of course you cannot miss a walk along the colossal city walls that boast some magnificent sea views.
