Villas in the Disney Area

The Disney Area Villas are the ideal solution if you are looking for quality self-catering accommodation close to the major Orlando theme parks and water parks. These well-equipped detached houses offer a much greater degree of independence and privacy than the large-scale Disney hotels. The villas offer far more space than a hotel room and make a welcome retreat from the intensity of the Disney experience. Each house has its own private swimming pool and spacious areas for relaxed dining at home. Kitchens are exceptionally well equipped. These typically American houses are very spacious and are furnished to a high standard. Villas come in a variety of sizes. Three bedroom villas would suit an extended family group or two families holidaying together. Impressive six-bedroom villas are ideal for large groups of friends. Villas stand in quiet residential areas with their own shops and restaurants. A private driveway makes for easy parking. The Disney Villas are an excellent option if you prefer a quieter holiday environment from which to explore the Disney and Universal theme parks. 

Location: 
The Disney Area Villas are distributed around the Disney area of Orlando. All villas are approximately 30 minutes’ drive from Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Orlando Resort and SeaWorld Orlando. Villas are also a 30 minute drive from the key shopping and restaurant districts of Orlando.

 

Important note: Car hire is essential in order to reach shops, restaurants, beaches and attractions.

 

Accommodation: 
The Disney Area Villas offer the space and comfort you would expect from a typical Florida home. A bright open-plan lounge area is furnished with comfortable sofas and comes with satellite TV and DVD player. Some houses even have a Sony Playstation. An equally spacious kitchen and dining area is equipped with useful extras like a microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Air-conditioning is standard. Three bedroom villas have 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom. Four bedroom, five bedroom and six bedroom villas are also available. A sofa bed or camp bed allows villas to sleep an extra 2 children.

 

Facilities: 
All villas have their own private swimming pool. The lounge has satellite or cable TV. Kitchens are well equipped and include convenient extras like dishwashers and microwaves. You will also find a washing machine and clothes dryer. All the villas are air-conditioned.

 

Board: Holidays at the Disney Area Villas are sold on a self-catering basis.
