In spring, holiday makers enjoy a great deal of sunshine, with temperatures quickly rising to 21°C in May. Spring is a lovely time to explore the area before the temperature gets too hot, and in autumn the hot weather is maintained with average highs in October around a pleasant 19°C. As autumn draws to a close expect some chance of rainfall, and in winter the temperature rarely falls below freezing, with highest temperatures of around 7°C to 10 °C even in January.
