From Cape Point there are countless trips and activities for adventurous visitors to do. Fajara Golf Course is a 20 minute drive away. The busy town of Bakau, where traditional Gambian life can be seen in full swing, is just a kilometre away, while every beach stretching south from Cape Point offers something different to see and do. Well worth visiting is the picturesque village of Kotu. Here you’ll find what’s considered to be the best beach in Gambia. There are also friendly cafes and bars and a market selling local sculptures, batik work and paintings.
