Our review of Cap Salou...
An ideal resort for families looking for a value-for-money holiday on the Spanish Costa Dorada, with something for everyone. Lively and bustling, Cap Salou is suitable for all age groups, and caters primarily for the British tourist. WIth a host of facilities, Cap Salou is packed with entertainment, offering wonderful sandy beaches with plenty of water sports, an array of shops, bars, clubs and restaurants and a huge choice of affordable accommodation. Many visitors to Cap Salou come for the huge US-style amusement park, Universals' Port Aventura, that sits just outside the resort and is one of Europes' finest.

"Salou is GREAT for a family holiday! We had never been abroad before but will try to go back as it was so brilliant! Loved the beaches and the bars, everyone was very friendly and spoke English, great weather and so much for the kids to do - beach, go-karting, waterpark. Brilliant!"

"Salou was busy and commercial but we did lots of day trips, eg Port Aventura, Cambrils,Tarragona and we got the train to Barcelona which was great. Was a very cheap holiday and we got to see  this lovely part of Spain and soak up the sunny weather!"

"Really relaxing. Loved the promenade at night, thought it was really pretty, and the restaurants served all types of food for our picky eaters! Great family resort with lots to do and the kids stayed up late every night. We liked little Cambrils next door, and don't miss the theme park - it's amazing."
