Cambrils Reviews
Our review of Cambrils...
Quieter and more laid-back than its lively neighbour Salou, Cambrils offers a traditional fishing village with the convenience of modern tourist facilities, ideally situated along Spain’s' Costa Dorada. Located at the south western end of the coastline, the resort boasts a wonderful sandy beach, top-notch restaurants and a charming old town full of traditional character, and lies within easy reach of the areas' popular attractions, Universals' Port Aventura, and the bustling cities of Barcelona and Tarragona. Cambrils is a relaxed and typically Mediterranean resort and a good choice for couples and families looking for that authentic Spanish atmosphere with plenty to do.
Our customer reviews of Cambrils...
"Charming and with a lovely Spanish feeling, the resort of Cambrils is highly recommended. We loved exploring the old town, choosing which restaurant to eat in every night and watching the boats in the harbour, not to mention enjoying the fabulous weather (not too hot) on the sandy beach. So much so that we didn't leave the resort and go anywhere else! Maybe next time!"

"I thought Cambrils was a really nice resort and very different from Salou - ideal if you want a bit of peace and quiet and you can always venture out if you need some nightlife. We stayed in a nice hotel and really enjoyed the holiday, and managed a visit to Port Aventura and Barcelona. Mostly loved the beach and the restaurants though, both were first-class."

"Beach is fantastic at Cambrils - ideal for windsurfing. Low-key resort - fishing village with lots of character but still had a modern feeling. I would definitely go back for longer next time. Do make the most of the wonderful restaurants there, we had some truly memorable meals, and people do travel from miles away to visit them."
