There is one main street in Caleta de Fuste, a long palm-tree lined stretch, full of bars and restaurants, and the resort is home to a good choice of low-rise hotels and apartments to suit all budgets. Caleta de Fuste has been steadily growing in recent years to cope with the increasing number of visitors, and the resort has seen a fair amount of expansion, with new developments a regular feature. Caleta de Fuste now boasts a new 18-hole golf course, and a brand new shopping centre complete with a large cinema and a bowling alley.
Holidays to Caleta de Fuste – Great resort for windsurfing Caleta de Fuste is essentially a family resort, and the nightlife is fairly low-key but varied, ranging from karaoke bars and live bands performing, to quiet local bars. There is a wide choice of places to eat, including authentic Canarian and Spanish fish restaurants, and also Chinese, Greek and Italian. Whilst holidaying in Caleta de Fuste there is plenty for the whole family to do, including windsurfing (Fuerteventura is the perfect place to learn), diving, snorkelling, jetski rides, and away from the beach the resort offers golf and mini-golf, tennis, squash, bowling, mountain biking and quad bike riding. Boat trips depart from Caleta de Fuste, and a car is recommended to explore the rest of the island.
