Cala Blanca Weather – Hot summers and mild winters
With a hot summer season that lasts from May until October you can be guaranteed excellent weather in Cala Blanca. Endless sunny days with temperatures reaching 30C during June and July are a big draw with British holidaymakers. Cala Blanca is blessed with 300 sunny days per year and even the winters are mild with temperatures hovering around 15C. Rain on the island mainly sticks to the late autumn months and is practically unheard of during the summer.
Weather in Cala Blanca – A beach lover’s paradise
If you love sun drenched beaches and swimming in warm crystal clear waters then you will be in paradise in Cala Blanca. This vibrant west coast area of Menorca has the beaches and nightlife and also the best weather. From May until October the temperature in Cala Blanca will not usually dip below 20C, and from July until early October you can expect 25C and over temperatures. From May until September the sun will be shining down for around 10 hours each day. The sea temperatures during the summer months range between 20C and 25C making it perfect for swimming, snorkelling and diving.
Cala Blanca Weather- Excellent spring weather
Although high summer temperatures in Cala Blanca can reach around the 30C mark there will be winds that drift in to cool things down. Spring and autumn are popular months due to cooler temperatures of around 20C. Winters in Cala Blanca are mild and comparable to a warm spring day in the UK. Menorca is wetter than most of the other Balearic Islands but the rain will mainly occur infrequently and be short lived. The spring in Cala Blanca is an excellent time for that all important Easter break, and with temperatures heading toward 20C and the sun shining for seven hours per day you can be assured of the perfect sunshine holiday.
