Holidays in Cala’n Forcat Cala’n Forcat, set on the most western point of Menorca, is perhaps the most developed resort on the island, and offers a good mix of lazy days and fun-filled nights. Other sandy beaches can be found at Calas Piques and Calas Brut, and a trip along the coastline will reveal further hidden beaches. Most visitors to Cala’n Forcat take the self-catering option, as the resort is home to many apartment complexes and private villas, however there are some larger hotels with childrens’ facilities in the resort. Los Delfines offers a good range of shops to browse around, with plenty of stores selling souvenirs, pottery and leather goods.

The restaurants of Cala’n Forcat offer a wide range of food, from traditional English fare, burgers and pizzas, to local fish specialities. Children will enjoy the Aquapark at Cala’n Forcat, and the resort also offers play areas, mini-golf and trampolines. Cuitadella lies just 10 minutes away, and a trip to the former capital, with its’ historic old quarter, delicious Spanish restaurants and fantastic shopping, is a must.
