Weather in Bol - Sun soaked summers and warm winters
Bol is located on the sunny island of Brac where the sun beats down for over 2400 hours a year. Holiday makers have been visiting the island for years to lie on the spectacular Golden Cape beach and soak up the 30C summer temperatures. The sun shines down on the island for 12 hours per day during the summer months, and even in winter the temperature in Bol is a warm 10C to 12C. Snow is practically unheard of and rainfall is light and infrequent during the winter and early spring months.

One constant that is guaranteed during a summer holiday in Bol is high temperatures and hours of sunshine. The summer season kicks off in April when the temperatures begin to hit the 20C mark and during June, July and August the temperature in Bol is usually a scorching 30C. Water temperatures will be well over the 20C mark; perfect for taking a dip or partaking of the numerous water sports that are popular on the island. The temperature in September is still over the 25C mark, and October will be slightly cooler at around 20C. Bol is the perfect island to simply relax on the beach and soak in the sun.

When the winter weather in Britain becomes harsh, Bol still has temperatures warm enough to pick up a golden tan. During the winter months the sun will be out for around five hours per day and the temperature in Bol will be around 10C to 15C. By March the temperature in Bol will be heading past the 15C mark and the sun will be shining on the island for around seven hours per day; perfect for that Easter holiday break.
