Baska Voda lies on the Adriatic Coast in Dalmatia, Croatia, on the Markarsha Riviera, 50km from Split. The resort lies at the foot of the Dinara mountain range, close to the Biokovo National Park, and enjoys a typically Mediterranean climate, with hot dry summers and mild winters. The region receives 2,700 hours of sunshine each year, and is one of the sunniest towns in the northern Mediterranean.
