The long white pebble beach’s of Baska Voda are the main attraction here, and offer safe swimming and relaxing sunbathing against a stunning mountain backdrop. For those looking for more secluded sun worshipping, there are a host of hidden coves and bays to discover, as well as a popular naturist beach nearby.
 
Water Sports
The crystal-clear waters of the Adriatic offer visitors a range of water sports, including windsurfing, waterskiing, jet skiing, sailing, paragliding, scuba diving, snorkelling and paddle boat rental.
 
Sports
The resort's hotels and apartments have facilities such as swimming pools and gyms, and tennis, mini-golf, beach volleyball, bocce, football, handball, table tennis and fishing are all on offer. The town's promenade is popular with joggers and cyclists. For more adventurous visitors, the mountains offer great opportunities for climbing and river rafting.
 
Boat Trips
Many boat trips depart from the town's harbour, and run up and down along the scenic coastline of Croatia, with the offshore islands of Brac and Hvar being popular destinations, and organised tours stopping off at many of the hidden coves and bays for picnics and snorkelling.
 
Walking & Biking
Baska Voda sits surrounded by stunning countryside, and a great way to explore the area is by renting a mountain bike and riding through the inland region. Walking and hiking is a popular pastime too, with plenty of trails and paths leading through the vineyards and olive groves that blanket the hillsides, discovering ancient villages and historic sites. The Mount Biokovo National Park offers plenty of interest for nature-lovers and bird-watchers.
 
Day Trips
There are many day trips to choose from whilst on holiday in Baska Voda, including the nearby villages of Bast and Topici, known for their local bread and cheeses, the historic towns of Split and Omis, and the lively city of Dubrovnik. There are jeep safaris through the mountains, wine tasting tours on the island of Brac, and trips to the red and blue lakes at Imotski and the stunning waterfalls at Krka.
