Weather in Bali (Crete) - Hot and sunny on the north coast of Crete
The village of Bali in Crete lies on the central north coast of the island, 30km east of Rethymnon and 40km west of the capital, Heraklion. Boasting a typically-Mediterranean climate, Bali also enjoys a long summer holiday season, and experiences average highs of 30C, and as much as 12 hours of sunshine each day.
 
Bali (Crete) Weather - Warm spring days, summers on the beach
April sees the start of the tourist season in Bali, with warm sunny weather and highs of 20C. There is around 32mm of monthly rain at this time, mainly in the form of short showers, which doesn't stop visitors enjoying the sights of the north coast, and exploring the lush green countryside on walks and bike rides. May sees warmer weather, with highs of 24C and 10 hours of sunshine, and by June, Bali is enjoying rising temperatures of 28C, a slight increase in humidity, and virtually non-existent rainfall. The beaches are busy during the summer season, and, thanks to the sea temperature rising to 25C, conditions are great for swimming and water sports. Average daytime temperatures rise to 29C, with this hot weather tempered by the strong coastal breezes that blow down from mainland Greece.

Autumn continues to be hot and sunny, with September seeing average daytime highs of 27C and 10 hours of sun, and the season winding down in October, when Bali still sees highs of 23C and up to 6 hours of daily sunshine. October experiences an increase in rain, with 84mm falling during the month, and by January, the wettest month, Bali is receiving 142mm. Winters are mild, with temperatures ranging from 14C - 16C from November to February.
