Sailing
Sailing is one of the most popular activities to enjoy on a holiday in the Balearic Islands, and there are facilities for everyone, from beginners to experts. Water sports

Diving
Menorca boasts some of the best diving in Europe, with the island home to over 15 dive centres, mainly along the rugged northeastern coastline. Explore the caves and wrecks, and discover the islands' extensive marine life whilst scuba-diving in the Balearic Islands.
Golf
The Balearic Islands offer perfect conditions for golf throughout the year, and with over 20 courses, over half of which lie on Majorca, the sport has become increasingly popular over the years. Attracting both serious cyclists and leisurely cruisers, the Balearic Islands are home to some spectacular countryside and coastal landscapes. Nightlife
Ibiza remains the ultimate clubbing capital of Europe, with the island attracting huge numbers of avid party-goers keen to hit the world-renowned night spots, with their huge dance floors and famous names and faces. Majorca is home to some sophisticated and cosmopolitan nightlife, and enjoys a jet-set image.
Festivals
The Balearic Islands enjoy a lively tradition of festivals and holidays, especially during the spring and summer months. Many involve processions through the towns and fishing villages, and featuring feasts, dancing, singing and fireworks. One of the most popular is the celebration of the beginning of summer, held over the 23rd-24th June throughout the Balearic Islands.
