BMI Target Business Travellers With Website Relaunch

cheap flightsBmi, the airline providing cheap flights from the UK to destinations throughout Europe, Middle East and the USA is re-launching its website in order to increase it potential to the business travel market. The new website will aim to provide business travellers with a fresh, customer-service experience with greater emphasis on business-led content.

There has also been an overhaul on site usability throughout the site, as Bmi general marketing manager Andrew Duffy explained: “Our website is an integral part of our service offering, and we want to make the online booking process as simple and enjoyable as possible, and give our customers all the information they need at their fingertips.”

Digital agency Twentysix London were responsible for the bmi overhaul. Paul Coffrey, Client services director said: “The overall customer experience has been greatly improved by restructuring the navigation, streamlining key online processes and updating the look and feel to capture the spirit of bmi today.”

The appointed agency also looks after bmi’s online advertising and email campaigns.
