Our Review of Antigua...
Antigua is one of our favourite Caribbean islands: an ideal choice for families, romantics and beach connoisseurs of all ages. Antigua delivers all you could want from a Caribbean holiday in an enjoyably relaxed and understated way: lush tropical scenery, turquoise waters, coral reefs, charming fishing villages, steel bands, rum punch and unforgettable sunsets. The friendly, laid back atmosphere suits young families and honeymoon couples alike. Antigua is brimming over with romantic locations, luxury hotels, characterful restaurants and enjoyably low-key nightlife. Perfect Antigua weather is ideal for winter sun holidays, with idyllic conditions for sailing, windsurfing, diving, snorkelling and golf. The coastline is simply fabulous. Antigua’s 365 white, sandy tropical beaches include deserted coves, sweeping bays and aptly-named animated resorts like jolly Beach. Highly recommended.

We thought Dickenson Bay was a good all round choice and has some great boat trips. We enjoyed Great Bird Island and pampered ourselves with a sunset cruise. Really good restaurants too.”
