Antalya Region Weather

The weather in the Antalya region adds a golden sheen to this varied and intriguing destination. Dating far enough back to be included in biblical stories, the Antalya region has the kind of weather sun drenched beach holidays were made for. The weather in the Antalya region is exceptional: summer temperatures regularly exceed 30C and the sea is usually only marginally cooler at a balmy 24 degrees. The weather in Antalya in spring and early autumn is great for those who prefer to avoid the peak summer sun, temperatures ranging from 16C to 20C on average.

Antalya does get most of its rainfall in the winter, but it is also a short drive from the Taurus Mountains where skiing is a popular winter holiday activity.
