Aguadulce Weather

The weather in Aguadulce is a typically Mediterranean mix of long hot summers and short mild winters. Temperatures during the summer months are high but never extreme, and this area of the Costa de Almeria boasts around 320 sunny days per year. Sunshine levels in Aguadulce are also high with an average of 11 hours per day during the summer and six hours per day during the winter. Aguadulce is also set within one of the driest areas in Europe, which means very little rainfall even during the winter months. The weather in Aguadulce makes for the perfect sunshine holiday destination at any time of the year.

 

Fantastic beaches, an abundance of activities and attractions, and a spectacular climate are what draw back holiday makers to Aguadulce year after year. From April until November the temperature will not usually dip below 20C, and June through September will see temperatures well above 25C. Rainfall is practically unheard of during the summer months and humidity is extremely low. This climate is ideal if you want to play a round of golf in the morning, swim in the warm Mediterranean Sea during the afternoon and take a stroll around nearby Almeria during the evening.

 

Spring, autumn and winter holidays in Aguadulce are very popular options. Temperatures will not usually dip below 16C even during the winter months. Spring and autumn are particularly beautiful times of the year and there is very little rainfall to dampen the high temperatures. The evenings will be slightly cooler than the summer months but the days will still be very warm and sunny. Within three hours of flying from Britain you can be relaxing on golden sunny beaches in one of the sunniest areas of Spain.
