Acharavi Weather

Hot sunny weather in Acharavi is one of the reasons why this Corfu resort is a consistent favourite with UK holiday makers. Summer temperatures here will usually hover just over the 30C mark during the months of June, July, and August. Daily sunshine levels are high throughout the year and the peak summer months will bring around 12 hours of hot sunshine per day. Acharavi is an all year round sunshine destination, and winter temperatures will still be around 14C with plenty of winter sunshine to enjoy.

 

The long summer season in Acharavi stretches from April through November. By April the temperature will have crept over the 20C level and will not usually dip below this mark until the end of November. The climate here will be hot during the summer months but unlike the southern islands the heat is never excessive. Sea temperature during the summer will be a very warm 25C making it the perfect temperature for swimming, snorkelling, and diving. The beaches at Acharavi and nearby Roda and Kassiopi will be the ideal place to spend the long hot summer days.

Acharavi Weather – Warm spring, autumn and winter months
Spring and autumn are considered two of the best seasons to visit Acharavi. The flowers and lush island vegetation will be in full bloom and the weather will be warm with an abundance of sunshine. Spring and autumn will suit holiday makers who prefer slightly cooler temperatures in which to explore Corfu. Winter holidays in Acharavi will see temperatures hovering around the 15C mark; comparable to a warm spring day in the UK. The winter months will also bring the heaviest rainfall levels but these infrequent showers will pass by quickly and there will be around four hours of sunshine per day.
