The Altinkaya Residence is situated in a private location, across the road from the Altinkaya Hotel and Bungalows and conveniently located for exploring the area around Kyrenia and Bellapais.

The stylishly decorated bungalow style rooms surround the large swimming pool and terrace with plenty of room to sunbathe on the sun loungers or relax under the shades.

The family has a well-established reputation for its fish restaurant in Alsancak and the Armonia Restaurant specialises in both fish and local cuisine. In summer meals are served outdoors, in winter meals are served indoors in an informal setting with classical background music.

The Altinkaya Residence also benefits from all the facilities of at the Altinkaya Hotel and Bungalows, across the road.

Although it is a relatively new addition to our portfolio, the Altinkaya Residence with its convenient location between Bellapais and Kyrenia, is proving to be very popular with our guests.

Rooms: 16 Duplex rooms, 3 Two-bedroom Family Suites

All bungalows have: air conditioning/heating, mini fridge, satellite TV, telephone, tea and coffee making facilities, safety deposit box, terrace with pool views, en suite bath or shower, WC and hairdryer.

The Deluxe/Family Suites: have a bedroom with separate living room, sea or garden views and some have a kitchenette, shower on one level..

The One-bedroom Bungalows have: bedroom located on a galleried level, have a bath.

Facilities: Swimming pool, Pool Bar, Fish Restaurant, Roof-top Restaurant and use of all the facilities at the Altinkaya Hotel and Bungalows.

Transfer & Distances: 40 minute transfer from Ercan airport, 5 minute drive to Bellapais Village and Abbey, 5 minute drive to Kyrenia, 7 minute drive to Karakum Beach.
